Three treads

On Saturday, I climbed a short flight of temporary stairs, leading up to a stage, to gain a higher vantage point from which to make a picture of three large chandeliers. In the end the trio did nothing for me, in spite of working at them from several different angles. The lighting was all wrong for what I wanted.

I’d had to tread carefully on the way up, because someone had let a cup of tea in the middle of the staircase. On the way down, I decided it was worth adding to my ongoing “threes” Intervallic strand.
